Installed Base Evaluation

Use Rockwell Automation's Expertise To Better Understand Your Installed Base and Help You Gain Control of Your Inventory

One of the first steps in reducing spare parts costs is through an evaluation of your company's installed base of electrical and electronic equipment and spare inventory. Our comprehensive evaluation considers how electrical and electronic equipment is used in various applications and environmental conditions, while considering maintenance history. We also look into how your company is managing its Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) inventory, as well as repair and maintenance procedures.

After our evaluation, your will receive a comprehensive analysis that identifies product locations and a list of critical, excess, and insufficient spares for this equipment. We also provide an overview of current MRO practices and make recommendations for improvement.
This detailed information can help you make an informed decision about managing MRO inventory levels, procedures, and costs without sacrificing downtime. Installed Base Evaluations provide a complete analysis of your installed base, storeroom inventory, and environmental conditions to better match critical spares for your production and maintenance needs.
